Senator Chauncey Gregory

MEET CHAUNCEY GREGORY

Chauncey Gregory was first elected to the Senate in 1992. He currently is the Chairman of the Fish, Game and Forestry Committee. He also serves on the Corrections and Penology Committee, Education Committee, and Judiciary Committee. Professionally, Sen. Gregory also is the President of Building Supply Co.

Senator Gregory was born and raised in Lancaster. He received his B.S. from the University of South Carolina, and went on to marry Sherri Cauthen the following year. They have two children, Marshall and Ellen Gray. They are members of First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster.
